What you will do in this role

As a Quality Supervisor on our team, you will:   

  

- Meet productivity targets (e.g., number of evaluations per month) 

- Report evaluation results to relevant stakeholders (Quality, Delivery, Client, etc.) 

- Participate in calibration and call listening sessions to ensure scoring consistency 

- Join internal quality audits to identify process improvements 

- Maintain strong knowledge of client products, services, and programs 

- Participate in quality task forces and complete phone time as needed 

- Help maintain documentation (forms, legends, etc.) 

- Support management in reviewing key drivers, metrics, and operational processes for performance goals 

 

 
  

Your qualifications

- Are proficient or bilingual in English 
- Have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.   

- Strong attention to detail.  

- Self-starter, sense of urgency and works well under pressure.  

- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet timelines of deliverables.  

- Are proficient in Microsoft Office.  

- Strong communication skills  
- It is seen as a plus if you speak Spanish or another language.
