YOUR ROLE

As a Quality Supervisor on our team, you’ll manage and lead the company's quality systems, ensuring compliance with the quality policy and customer requirements, and managing quality personnel.

In your daily job you will:

Lead activities to meet customer requirements and IATF 16949Coordinate the plant quality engineering teamDevelop core and technical competencies within the quality teamConduct 8D analyses with the quality engineering team to share with customersEnsure the implementation of effective and timely corrective actionsLead activities to improve quality metrics such as complaints, cost of poor quality, and customer scorecardsAttend customer meetingsEnsure timely customer responsesConduct analyses to address quality issues in the process and customer complaintsUpdate the control plan

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineering or a related fieldFully bilingual+3 years of experience in a similar position with staff under their supervisionMicrosoft Office proficiencyCore tools proficiencyIATF 16949 knowledgeKnowledge of specific client requirementsAdvanced problem-solving toolsGreen/Black belt desirableStrategic thinkingCustomer focusNegotiation skillsResource managementBudget management
