Quality Specialist (QS) V

Objective: Ensure the continuous implementation, development, and monitoring of the Quality Management System and related processes (e.g., Technical Cleanliness, ESD), including the definition of new system and process standards, as well as the planning and execution of internal and external audits in alignment with applicable norms, certification requirements, and customer expectations, in collaboration with the quality network.

 

A Quality system
1 Planning, preparing and supervising of internal audits, customer audits and external system audits


2 Conducting process or system audits and/or full-run, in coordination with relevant internal and external
entities


3 Qualification and support of internal auditors in the global HELLA network


4 Supervising international locations and taking international criteria in the entire quality network into account


5 Planning, preparing and supervising sustained remedy of findings from internal and external location
related audits e.g. certification audits


6 Ordering or conducting the creation and maintenance of local process documentation on the Quality
Management System in coordination with the process responsible (PLD/PDE)


7 Developing uniform system and process standards, as well as initiating, steering, driving and monitoring
the introduction and implementation in coordination with involved entities


8 Adaptation and further development of quality methods and techniques for implementation of the quality
system in cooperation with the offices responsible, e.g. transfer of customer specific requirements into
HELLA procedures and process audits


9 Creating, planning and conducting of training courses in quality methods and techniques, as well as new
processes and procedures and accompanying coaching


10 Ensuring that new methods and processes are applied, as well as specialist further training and
qualification in the working area


11 Conducting evaluations, determining key points and informing the entities affected


12 Preparing reports and documentation, as well as ensuring that responsible, superior and specialist entities
are informed


13 Further development of the Quality Management System in cooperation with the central quality
departments and functional support to implement in the division

14 Identification and communication of opportunities for improvement in processes with the process 
responsible (PLD/PDE)
