Job Description:

Individual Performance testing professional will get an opportunity to work with APS&E, PE&CM team for end to end performance testing of multiple CSWT/Global Banking applications in agile environment. Tools used are Micro Focus LoadRunner Enterprise, Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace etc.

 The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, proactive, attention to detail, with strong communication & analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

Work on end to end performance testing for multiple applicationsAscertain and understand application architecture involved in the testRequirement gathering/Test Plan preparation and Sign offPrepare and validate test scriptsEnsure sufficient data is available to support the requested testsCoordinate test times in multiple test environmentsValidate environment resourcesSupport team personnelExecute tests and collect relevant performance and resource usage dataAnalyze test data from LRE/Splunk/Perfmon/AppDynamics/DynatraceDeep dive analysis / engineering work activities.Prepare test report, discuss the results with Clients and get sign offParticipate in the application triage calls

Skills:

LoadRunner Enterprise- LRE (Performance Center)Splunk, AppDynamics, Perfmon, DynatraceWorking experience in Agile methodology and Jira tool.Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsGood documentation skillsAbility to understand Multi-Tier architecture, Network Firewalls, Load-balancers  etc
