Position Summary:

Position is with the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Technology (GCIBT)  Anti Money Laundering (AML) Program’s technology team.

Responsible for test planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined quality and testing deliverables which requires engagement from teams across multiple organizations. Act as single point of contact for all testing for the initiative and facilitate testing efforts for releases across multiple applications. Establish and facilitate communication between testing and development teams; and responsible for planning, overseeing and managing full end to end testing view of the initiative. 

Responsibilities may include:

Confirming availability of test resources (people, environments, data, etc.) ,Communications: overall initiative test schedule to all appropriate parties,Work with Senior Tech Managers to develop key reporting metrics and status reporting for quality/testing; track status and completion of test deliverables across teams for the initiativeProvide status of end to end testing efforts for all application testingProvide support for test phases as requiredParticipate in quality of documentation, including but not limited to, HLDs, BRDs, BRD review/signoff, HLD/LLD development as appropriate

Communicates the target outcomes, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides visibility into the health of the program.Ensures execution and delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline and cost.Assist in managing financials/SQA forecasts for the program, assist with resource planning, and facilitates sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizationsEstablishes the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leadersEstablishes and builds relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and RiskCoordinates and facilitates the program routines - e.g. kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple organizationsPromotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline. Facilitates dependency management/risk management/ impediment removalResponsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and scheduleEnsures that execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholdersEnsures the work delivered complies with Enterprise Change Management standardsTracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership. Manages the financials and assists with resource planning for the programProvides input to define/improve the Change Management process for the Portfolio

Required Qualifications:

5+ years experience leading technical projects with people process impacts through full change management lifecycleSelf-starter, able to work in situations not well defined and develop project team routines and structureProven success working in matrixed environments including multiple business, operations, technology and compliance partnersHighly effective communication and collaboration in meetings and informal channels, including tailoring messages based on team or executive audience.  This includes clear and concise written communications.Strong cross-team coordination, influence and negotiation skillsExperience with Agile software delivery methodologies and use of Jira; Waterfall knowledge also beneficialStrong command of MS Office and Webex meeting facilitationCreate consolidated test plan(s) for releases to include 360-view of all testing related activities, tasks and deliverables.Identify test teams including test leads for each test cycle/phaseConsolidate all information from test teams for a consolidated view of testing for the initiativeReview consolidate test plan as required with appropriate partiesCoordinate cross-application test scenario planningResolve discrepancies and issues related to cross application testing effortsFacilitate communications between test teamsSchedule/coordinate test environmentsCoordinate test preparation activities including test case/script development, identification of interdependencies, test scheduling, test condition definitions upstream/downstream, etc. Experience managing projects, coaching cross-functional team or leading iterative development teams.Manage testing throughout all test cycles/phases (i.e., unit, CIT, SIT, Performance, UAT, Dress Rehearsal and Production Certification) to ensure completion of all test deliverablesProvide consolidated test execution status for the initiativeAct as central communication point for testingEscalate risks/ issues identified during testing to appropriate partiesCommunicate test condition changes to application test leads (e.g., changes to timeframes, environment changes/issues, etc. )Create consolidated defect reportingLead cross team defect management meeting if requiredMonitor each test team’s defect status and backlog – escalate risk areas as appropriateProvide execution and defect status, including metrics, reporting as requiredDocument and ensure Entry/Exit criteria for each test cycle/phase is completedSignoffs, artifacts, etc. in Discovery and recorded, appropriately, for auditCoordinate production certification activities, if requiredEnsure test survey is completed and results communicated to appropriate partiesSummarize test efforts for release(s), including lessons learnedStrong communication and facilitation skillsExperience building strong relationships across the organizationDemonstrated leadership with proven ability to motivate, negotiate and resolve conflictDemonstrated use of diplomacy, tact and composure in high-pressure situation

Desired Qualifications:

Pega experienceSolid understanding of web technologies, architecture and complex systemsPrevious Bank of America experience, especially with leading projects using enterprise change standards processes and tools.Banking industry experience with AML and/or treasury and markets products and servicesCertifications in SAFE Agile and Project Management
