**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Office **Job Description** We are now looking to find a new colleague to join our Quality Shared Service Team based in Vilnius. The team is a highly motivated with a passion for providing the quality services our customers rely upon. **Your key responsibilities will be to:** + Manage the change orders release process in Oracle PLM, ensuring data alignment within Oracle PLM with product information and classification. Ensure all requests and changes align with regulatory affairs parameters and provide all necessary supporting documentation as needed. + Communicate with originators if additional information regarding change order is needed, ensuring all necessary details are obtained for accurate processing; + Handle customer and supplier requests related to quality compliance questionnaires, communicate with customers and relevant Company departments via email; + Maintain and update standard work procedures and instructions related to processes; + Support other global team responsibilities as needed; + Participate in and lead projects related to these activities; + Participate in the development and implementation of management systems in the Company, initiate their improvement; + Actively use PPI tools and methods: participate and lead JDI and Kaizen, go to GEMBA walks and implement 5S. **Keys to Success:** **_Education_** + Bachelor's degree or higher (natural sciences is an advantage); **_Experience:_** + Experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry is an advantage. **_Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:_** + Proficiency in English language (spoken and written); + Proficiency in computer applications and MS Outlook, Word, Excel; + Knowledge of Good Documentation Practice requirements is an advantage; + Knowledge of ISO 13485 and/or ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is an advantage; + You have a strong desire for continuous improvement; + Your work is of high quality, and you transfer your standards and expectation of quality to your colleagues; + You are service minded and helpful to others; + You empower and communicate well with everyone and at all levels in-house; + You thrive on influencing others and are results driven; + You enjoy working independently as well as in team settings; + You are highly organized, a strong self-starter, detailed and patient. **We Offer:** + Fixed term contract (parental cover); + The innovative environment of the rapidly growing international company. + Hard-working, supportive working team and management with outstanding development possibilities to increase your potential. + Monthly salary from 1983 to 2970 Eur before taxes and additional benefits package.
