Main Purpose

It aligns the vision, autonomy, and efficiency of laboratories by promoting best practices with a comprehensive business perspective.
It enhances the strengths of lab shifts and ensures the fulfillment of the quality control mission by maximizing resources and optimizing end-to-end processes, in alignment with LEAN principles and a strong commitment to safety as a core value.

Your mission will be to

Ensure compliance with Quality, HSE, and legal standards.Manage lab personnel and key administrative processes.Keep job descriptions updated and promote teamwork.Serve as operational link with the union.Lead and train technicians on safety and performance.Implement and improve safety programs aligned with site strategy.Optimize shift coverage, control overtime, and boost results.Apply root cause analysis tools to prevent unplanned losses.Develop team capabilities and drive continuous improvement.Coordinate effectively with other functions (Production, HSE, Logistics, Purchasing).Support site projects and community engagement.Oversee third-party quality control activities.

Unlock your potential

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.Over 5 years of experience in laboratories, quality, or related areas.Knowledge of agrochemical formulation and relevant legislation.Fluent in English.Knowledge of statistics.Familiarity with LEAN tools.
