Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

- Work model: onsite

Communication with customers to clarify complaints and subsequently resolve themAssessing the legitimacy of complaintsProposing solutions to complaints and determining individuals responsible for partial or complete resolution of complaintsEnsuring service dispatchActive collaboration with various departments, especially with design, construction, and productionAnalyzing complaints and proposing measures to prevent recurrence

Qualifications for the Role

Secondary/University education in a technical field (electrical/mechanical)Proficiency in English for daily communication with customers, both spoken and writtenExperience in the field of quality is an advantageUser knowledge of PC, working with MS Office, SAP is an advantageGood organizational skills, ability to make independent decisionsAssertiveness, natural authority, communicativeness, teamwork
