This Position reports to:

Requirements:

Minimum secondary education – preferred fields: quality management, logistics, management, economics, or related areas.

At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in quality, logistics, order handling, or procurement (experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus).

Practical knowledge of quality processes and tools.

Experience in organizing transportation, order handling, and procurement processes is a plus.

Good command of English, both spoken and written, enabling communication with international clients and suppliers.

Knowledge of quality management tools and methods (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA) – preferred.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Independence, good time management, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Supporting quality control processes within the organization.

Coordinating activities related to complaints, non-conformities, and implementation of corrective actions.

Verifying that project and material specifications comply with orders and quality requirements.

Performing quality inspections of projects and materials.

Participating in the analysis of the causes of non-conformities, drawing conclusions, and actively suggesting actions to optimize material supply processes.

Collaborating with suppliers and customers on delivery quality and complaint handling.

Participating in internal and external audits.

Cooperating with the logistics department to ensure the quality of deliveries and shipments.
