Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey 

Take responsibility for product quality issues for the Japanese market.

Resolve quality issues by balancing customer requirements, business criticality, and factory requirements.

Work with all stakeholders (internal and external) to present a complete solution that satisfies the customer.

Analyze the root cause of problems and ensure permanent corrective and preventive measures are implemented to prevent recurrence.

Provide high quality customer support from first complaint to final resolution. Engage in continuous improvement activities. ※Monitor PPM of product defects and work with stakeholders to lower PPM. ※Identify and monitor trends in product defects and work with overseas factories to resolve them.

Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future. 

 

What it takes to Run what runs the world 

University Degree in Graduated in Electronic Engineering

JLPT N1 level or above in Japanese language

Business level in English

Experience negotiating with customers, including accompanying sales staff as a technical/quality department member.

Experience in similar work at an industrial equipment manufacturer

Ability to create reports for customers based on mechanical and electrical knowledge

Proficient skills in MS-Office 365

Extensive technical knowledge of industrial low voltage electrical products and equipment is preferred
