Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will support the implementation of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit as part of a team. This includes quality culture, systems, tools and competent teams, with the aim of meeting and exceeding customer expectations. At the same time, you will help to ensure sustainable operation. Every day, you'll help the organization achieve the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, rapid response, and sustainable problem solving. You will demonstrate your expertise by working with local functions that impact quality results to achieve organizational unit goals and strive for best-in-class performance. Furthermore, you will carry out the audits at selected suppliers.

Qualifications for the role (mandatory)
Degree from a technical college or university or university of applied sciences in the field of plastics or process optimizationThey enjoy working with proven quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, and IshikawaYou have >2 years of experience in a similar role.You have an extended knowledge of ISO 9001, complaint processing and auditing of processes and suppliers.German Fluent in BusinessEnglish Very goodWe value people from different backgrounds.
