What You Will Do:

Maintain and improve process for calibration, maintenance, and repair processCoordinate outsourcing calibration activities and ensure, maintain calibration records and ensure proper calibration activities are completed to scheduleEnsure compliance with inspection, measuring, and test equipment industry standardsMaintain and improve process for document controlProcess organization's document requests including review, control, and distribution of new and revised documentsManage the removal of obsolescent documentation in accordance with the document request processMaintain record management within the document control databaseProcess daily internal scrap data through scrap database systemAssist with the report and distribution of manufacturing quality reportingConduct various data entry functions including process audits and routine customer complaint reportingGenerate inspection and testing reports for various inspection and audit activitiesDevelop supplier quality problem reportingAssist with developing process flows and drafting various quality documents including procedures, work instructions, and data collection toolsParticipate with problem solving activities including process review & investigation, root cause analysis, and countermeasure developmentAssist with supplier quality problem containment and resolutionReview customer concerns daily - use A3 approach to problem solveReview high dollar customer concerns daily - use A3 approach to problem solve

What You Need to Succeed:

Maintain basic knowledge of manufacturing and warehousing processes and capabilitiesThe desire to learn and apply new conceptsAble to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsMust possess a strong customer service orientation and provide dedicated support of internal and external customer requirementsMust be a strong written and verbal communicator, able to communicate to various audiences effectivelyTeam oriented, must have the ability to work cohesively with othersMust be able to work well with external suppliersMust possess ability to thrive in a manufacturing environmentMust be detail-oriented and self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervisionMust be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
