In this hands-on role, you will perform visual inspections on precision sheet metal parts and document quality data to support production and engineering teams. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, a commitment to excellence, and thrives in a team-focused manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Conduct visual and manual inspections of stamped metal parts for cosmetic or dimensional defectsDocument inspection results and communicate deviations to the production or quality teamUse standardized inspection procedures and tools to verify part accuracyCollaborate with production, engineering, and supervisors to resolve quality issuesFollow all company safety, quality, and documentation protocols Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or GED requiredPrevious experience in manufacturing or metal stampingExperience in inspecting for flaws in highly details, cosmetic finishes (or related experience which will translate)Strong attention to detail and ability to read prints or modelsComfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs  Benefits and Perks: $17.50-$19/hr with opportunities for wage increasesMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid vacation and 10 paid holidays per yearCompany-paid uniforms, tuition reimbursement, and on-site fitness center Your New Organization:This climate-controlled manufacturing company located in Sussex, WI, has been a trusted name in precision metal stamping and tool and die work for decades.
