岗位职责：​

负责维护与优化芯片研发质量体系，主导内部审核及外部认证工作，制定芯片开发各阶段质量标准与流程规范。​

深度参与芯片需求评审、设计评审及验证计划制定，保障需求可追溯性与技术合规性，监督开发过程风险管控并推动问题闭环。​

跟踪流片、封测环节质量数据，分析异常并推动改进措施，同时评估供应商质量能力，主导供应商质量问题根因分析与改进。​

支持客户质量审核，提供芯片可靠性报告，处理客户反馈的质量问题，推动内部快速响应与解决方案落地。​

建立质量数据统计与分析机制，运用 SPC、6 Sigma 等工具推动研发与生产环节良率提升，定期组织质量培训。​

岗位要求：​

具备丰富的芯片质量体系管理经验，熟悉芯片开发全流程质量控制要点。​

能够熟练运用质量数据统计与分析工具，具备良好的问题分析和解决能力。​

拥有优秀的沟通协调能力，可有效对接供应商、客户及内部团队。​

具备较强的推动能力，能够确保质量改进措施和解决方案顺利落地执行。​

对芯片行业质量标准和规范有深入理解，具备持续学习和创新能力。
