Programs System Manager is responsible for managing and facilitating various department activities with a strong focus on enterprise oversight of regulatory quality and reporting requirements for CMS Joint Commission and other value based and hospital and provider programs The System Manager supports hospital and medical staff in performance improvement activities required to support Promoting Interoperability Core Measures and MIPS Collaborates with ITS and clinical intelligence teams to assure systems support electronic regulatory submissions are configured and data is validated Responsibilities include but are not limited tomiddot Provides coordination and direction for Hospital CMS and Eligible Clinician MIPSMedicaid Promoting Interoperability including data submission maintenance of the book of evidence and audit response Oversees hospital Core Measure submissions abstracted and electronic clinical quality measures for CMS and the Joint Commission Aggregates and assists with the analysis of internal and external data including publicly reported datamiddot Coordinator for HHC MIPS program including validation of EHR reporting tools and data submission for all HHC TINS and employed providersmiddot Manages contracts for third party abstractorsmiddot Monitor updates and changes to Inpatient and Provider Quality Reporting programs to facilitate timely adoptionmiddot Collaborates with regional quality and safety directors for compliance with and reporting for regulatory program quality measures middot Supports individual departmentrsquos efforts and initiatives System Regional andor Hospital specific to improve systems and process within the organizationmiddot Develops performance plan and standard work for all direct reportsbull Leads through example utilizing leadership behaviorsbull Monitors result provides coaching counseling and direction as necessary Reviews and evaluates staff regularlybull Provides training consistent with current
