The GE HealthCare Quality & Regulatory Leadership Program (QRLP) is the premier development program for individuals seeking a career in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. The Quality & Regulatory Leadership Program provides exposure across the GE HealthCare business and consists of three 8-month business critical assignments within the Quality & Regulatory organization.Job Description
Responsibilities:
QRLPs will have a wide range of assignment selections such as: Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Product Surveillance, Complaint Handling, Production & Process Controls, Corrective & Preventative Action, Design Controls, Product Quality, QMS Compliance, and/or Global Audit. Each assignment is designed to both expose you to GE HealthCare strategic initiatives as well as the role that Quality and Regulatory Affairs play in achieving the business’ objectives.

Qualifications:
Masters or Graduate degree required (Target graduation date between December 2025-May 2026)Target majors include Engineering, Science, Biology, Clinical Research, Health Policy, Health Product Regulation, Regulatory Science/Affairs, Quality Assurance or related fieldOverall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0Geographic mobility: Must be willing to relocate (relocation assistance provided) throughout the 2 years of rotationsDesired Characteristics:
Relevant internship or co-op experienceCommitment to and passion for quality compliance, product quality and patient safetyAcademic excellence, business acumen, leadership ability, global mindset and able to operate across culturesStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skillsLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
