Job Description

Main Objective:

Ensure and deploy the department's quality strategy by implementing and maintaining standardized quality tools, processes, and procedures to be applied in manufacturing processes, with the primary objective of guaranteeing product quality

What challenges will you have?

Lead the team in technical analysis of claims (internal/external), applying problem-solving methodologies and ensuring documentation and responses aligned with corporate standards.Manage, lead, motivate, and recognize Human Resources under your supervision, guaranteeing their training and development through company-provided tools.Ensure through your assigned team the validity and accuracy of measurement systems, part standards (OK/NOK), and process capability (Cp/Cpk), conducting periodic evaluations per regulations.Ensure through your assigned team the complete internal failure management cycle: from documentation to correction validation to prevent recurrences.Manage quality activities related to supplier incidents (e.g., containment initiation, cost collection, etc.).

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

Previous experience in Quality Control Methods and LeadershipFrom 3 to 7 years of experience in Automotive/Manufacturing IndustryAdvanced English level (fluency speaking, written communication)

Technical Knowledge

Experience with Quality Management Systems & Standards Governance ((ISO 9001, IATF 16949))Strong knowledge on Automotive Core ToolsProblem Solving Methodologies
