The intern will support the Quality department in resolving quality issues, conducting root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across various projects. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality management processes, specifically in the application of the 8D methodology **Complementary Description** • Assist in the application of the 8D methodology to investigate and resolve quality-related problems. • Support the team in identifying root causes, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed. • Document and track problem-solving processes, including collecting data, preparing reports, and providing status updates. • Work with cross-functional teams to implement and verify solutions to ensure quality standards are met. • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management on quality issues and resolution progress. • Participate in internal quality audits and ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. • Support the continuous improvement of the quality management system (QMS). • Analyze process data and assist in recommending improvements to enhance product quality. **Job Requirements** • Strong interest in quality assurance and problem-solving methodologies, especially the 8D methodology. • Basic understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and continuous improvement tools. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. **But what else?
