Coordinate customer complaints handling with all related plants, sales and related party to deal with customer issues to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and minimum company’s loss in Schaeffler Group.

Responsible for quality issue in the development phase of customer projects and coordinate the quality documents for claimed parts

您的任职资格

- Bachelor degree or above, Good English in writing and oral. 
- At lease 3 years related working experience or above
- Major in mechanical, metallurgy, engineering or automotive manufacturing desired.
- Automotive related working experience desired.
