andor region of care Leads performanceprocess improvement for targeted initiatives oversight of collectionabstraction and aggregation of data and the analysis of data metrics to assess performance Collaborates with key stakeholders departments in developing best practice standards to ensure the reliable safe design of care processes and workflows Colleague is a subject matter expert in ambulatory quality and safety standards improvement science and high reliability concepts Core to this role is functioning as a consultant to ensure compliance with all required agencies Works closely with clinical teams and medical staff to develop practices peer review quality and safety efforts aligned with HHCs core valuesThis role offers the opportunity to travel mdashbringing variety to your
