Your Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Noise, MAS and line gauge Measurement network & Qualification matrix in AP Level 

Drive Related improvement Projects with AP Plants

Ensure the applicable standards & Procedures are rollout withing the stipuated time.

Cordinate with AP B&IS Plant for the investment planning towards Respective QT facilities

Conduct relavent QT reviews for the plant and suppliers and mitigate the risks.

Involve in plant level escalated complaints related to relavent QT probelms and support them.

Visit to AP plants and suppliers to review the status related to QT and its related projects

Timely report to HQ and upadte the status for the region

Timely communicate Technological information within the AP QT network 

Provide training to develop noise, MAS and line gauge measurement experts and their qualification in the plant 

 Support plant to create relavent test procedures related QT.

 Min 20% of the time for travel to AP plant & suppliers locations.

Your Qualifications

Diploma / B.E in mechanical Engineering with min 10 years of relavent Industries experince.

Noise testing and analsing skills as per Schaeffler requirements

MAS & line gauge measurement skills..

Good knowledge in Bearing assembly and its testing processes 

Good Knowledge in Bearing manufcaturing, measurement processes and methods.

Good communication, Problem solving, team handling skills

Experince in anlaysing and solving Noise related Problems.
