**Schedule:** Full Time
**Shift** : Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM
**Location:** Remote
**The role youll contribute:**
The Quality Measure Specialist performs a wide variety of tasks to be compliant with quality initiatives and other requirements to ensure patient safety and improved member care. This position will ensure the effective management of care gaps, including referral tracking and member/provider outreach. This position requires excellent communication, diplomacy, strong computer skills and the ability to manage complex working relationships.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate complex issues to different audiences.
**The expertise and experience youll need to succeed** **:**
**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's in Nursing or a healthcare related field
+ 2 years Work Experience
+ 2 years in data and Data analysis related to healthcare
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Master's in Nursing or a healthcare related field
+ 1 in health plan operations, quality, and/or IDN
+ CCDS (Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist) certification Upon Hire
+ Registered Nurse (RN) or
+ Enhanced Nursing Lic Compact (ENLC-RN) and
+ Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (CSSGB)
