While execution is driven by plant teams, this role is responsible for validating progress and providing direct support when needed to close gaps and secure project success. **Requirements & Qualifications** **Education** **:** Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Master’s degree is a plus. **Experience** **:** Minimum 5 years of experience in quality, with at least 3 years in NPI or product launches. Proven experience applying APQP methodology in product and process introductions. Experience leading cross-functional quality initiatives and managing quality-related projects. Experience in manufacturing industries (e.g., HVAC, automotive, aerospace). **Technical Skills** **:** Advanced knowledge of quality tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, 8D). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (8D, A3, DMAIC). **Soft Skills** **:** Strong leadership and communication skills to influence across functions and levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to risk mitigation. **Other Requirements** **:** Advanced English (spoken and written).
