You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product and service quality while ensuring customer satisfaction. **Complementary Description** The Day to Day: • Size & deploy local Quality objectives, define the associated quality roadmap • In charge of the local quality team, in terms of recruitments & developments.
