We are hiring a Senior Leader, Quality (Quality Manager) for our facility located in Richland, Washington. If you have leadership and change management experience within a Quality position and manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you! This is a day shift position that typically works 8 hours. Relocation assistance is available. The primary purpose of this job is to lead the day-to-day operation of the production laboratory and manage interactions with all Specialty Materials (SM) laboratories and outside laboratories to complete required testing and achieve forecasted ship dates.
+ Lead the quality system and have knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management system requirements.
+ Ensure that our business processes are in alignment with ATI Specialty Materials goals and remain within the operating budget.
+ Conduct periodic reviews of capital and human resource needs to meet the company's Business Plan.
+ Responsible for complying with customer specification requirements and responding to customer and internal audits.
+ Direct the technical aspects of laboratory testing.
+ Manage and lead the team of ~6 lab technicians.
