Job Description

As Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards across our raw materials, production processes, and finished products, with a particular focus on supplier quality management. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our ISO 9001 Quality Management System, conducting audits, and implementing KPIs to monitor and enhance quality performance.

Position location (hybrid): Tours or any location within the Indre-et-Loire department (37).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure product quality and compliance

Lead supplier and internal audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and industry standards

Oversee and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System

Implement and monitor KPIs to track supplier and product quality performance

Work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and procurement teams to address quality issues

Ensure the quality of finished products meets customer and regulatory requirements

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for quality issues

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain and manufacturing processes

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Quality Manager in a manufacturing environment (ideally chemical manufacturing, but not essential)

Strong background in supplier quality management and finished product quality assurance

Experience in ISO 9001, with a deep understanding of audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI development and monitoring

Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions

Ability to influence and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers

Strong attention to detail with a proactive and analytical mindset\

Fluency in French and English

Openness to travel within Europe
