Your Role
As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. You will play a key role in implementing Lean methodologies, overseeing audits, and managing quality-related claims.
Location: Ville-aux-Dames (Tours, France) – hybrid model (up to 2 days remote work per week)
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure product quality and compliance
Lead supplier and internal audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and industry standards
Oversee and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
Develop and monitor quality KPIs to track supplier and product quality performance
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive action plans for quality issues
Drive Operational Excellence across the supply chain and manufacturing processes.
Apply Lean / Kaizen methodologies to optimize supply chain processes.
Develop partnerships & projects collaborations
Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and European partners.
Contribute to cross-functional quality and process improvement projects.
What We’re Looking For
5-10 years proven experience in quality management (preferably in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or food industries).
Solid background in supplier quality management and finished product quality assurance
Experience in ISO 9001, with a deep understanding of audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Experience in KPI development, monitoring and control
Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions
Ability to influence and get buy-in from internal teams and external stakeholders;
Experience in operational methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with supply chain teams.
Strong analytical skills, rigor, and a mindset for incremental improvement and change.
Professional proficiency in French and English ( spoken and written) are mandatory.
