The Opportunity: 

CACI is responsible for providing comprehensive Integrated Product Support (IPS) services for the Tactical Integrated Ground Suite (TIGS) System of Systems (SoS). These services cover a range of support categories including management, engineering, maintenance, supply, data, training, continuous support, infrastructure, logistics, and personnel. The primary objective of these diverse services is to ensure warfighting readiness across the globe by increasing the operational availability and mission effectiveness of all currently deployed and future TIGS SoS. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Support customer audits as required. 

Act as Chair for the MRB process, participating in all aspects of the Root Cause and Corrective Action process (initiation, investigation, implementation, review). 

Identify and implement process improvements to meet program-specific, and corporate goals. 

Conduct in-process and final inspection audits in manufacturing and/or shipping as needed. 

Conduct regular walk-through audits of lab and production areas. 

Create and conduct training on quality assurance topics for all company personnel, as appropriate. 

Act as TIGS program Environment, Safety, and Health Representative 

Qualifications: 

Required:  

Must hold an active TS with SCI preferred. Ability to obtain SCI required  

BS in Engineering, related technical field, or equivalent experience. 

7+ years of experience in electronic, optoelectronic, and/or opto-mechanical product quality assurance. 

Must be a U.S. Citizen. 

Solid knowledge of ISO 9001.  

Excellent work habits (proactiveness, responsible, organized, self-motivated, etc.). 

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. 

Familiarity with dispositioning hardware for quality related issues in a manufacturing facility. 

Familiarity with the Material Review Board (MRB) process. 

Familiarity with electrical or mechanical design requirements and specifications. 

Familiarity with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) techniques. 

 
Desired:  

ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA, CSQP), or other similar professional certifications. 

Familiarity with AS9100 a plus 

Experience with hazardous materials inspections. 

Experience with inventory management. 

Certifications with hazardous materials (e.g. Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Certified Dangerous Goods Professional (CDGP), Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST)). 

Knowledge of federal regulations related to the handling and transport of hazardous materials (e.g., OSHA, DOT, EPA).

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
