We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for developing and overseeing the quality system, ensuring compliance with standards, and implementing process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Scope of responsibilities:

Managing the QA/QC team and the quality systemImplementing projects to improve quality and operational efficiency in line with customer requirements and current standardsConducting internal, external, and customer auditsHandling complaints, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions (CAPA)Collaborating with customers and the production team on quality-related solutionsImplementing new equipment and validation processesConducting training sessions on GMP, quality, and FSC standards

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial quality roleKnowledge of GMP, accreditation standards, and improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma)Experience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to manage teams and projectsGood command of MS OfficeStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skillsFluent English
