Job Title: Quality Manager
Job Description

The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the uncompromised quality of all products, processes, services, and systems across internal and external production, global supply chains, and distribution channels. This role oversees the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO9001:2015, CE Module D, and other applicable international PPE standards. This position is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong leadership in quality systems, manufacturing quality, supplier quality, product compliance, corrective actions, and certification management. Working collaboratively across departments, the Quality Manager leads efforts in continuous improvement, process auditing, performance tracking, corrective action resolution, and compliance assurance. The role fosters a culture of quality, learning, and teamwork aligned with customer needs and long-term business sustainability.

ResponsibilitiesEnsure uncompromised quality of all products, processes, services, and systems.Oversee implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).Ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015, CE Module D, and other applicable international PPE standards.Lead quality systems, manufacturing quality, supplier quality, product compliance, corrective actions, and certification management.Collaborate across departments to promote continuous improvement, process auditing, performance tracking, corrective action resolution, and compliance assurance.Foster a culture of quality, learning, and teamwork.Essential SkillsStrong experience with ISO 9000 QMS and auditing.Mastery of quality tools and processes.Advanced statistical analysis skills.Proficiency in Excel and analytical software.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Skilled in quality measurement, testing, and systems application.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Lean, Continuous Improvement, SPC; Six Sigma certification preferred.Knowledge of mechanical design, GD&T, and metrology is a plus.ASQ certifications (CQE, CQM, CQA) preferred.Familiarity with rescue equipment is a bonus.Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.Must maintain punctuality and adhere to company policies.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $141000.00/yr.
