Job Type Full-time Description Position Overview: For our Analytical Industries plant in Pomona, Ca. we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Quality Manager in maintaining a QMS focused on Medical, Industrial, Hazardous locations and diving devices. Position will also serve as management representative, Ex authorized person and person responsible for regulatory compliance. Key Responisbilities: + Complaint to applicable regulatory requirements, + Develop and maintain QSPs, PRP's and QFRs in compliance with requirements as applicable + Interface with 3rd party auditors and consultants, + Interface with supervisors to create/maintain QSPs and PRPs + Reinforce training matrix + Maintain master equipment list + Manage product returns, non-conformance, and CAPA's + Document/Change control and Control of records + Ensure the effectiveness of the QMS + Drive continuous improvement Requirements Qualifications: + Associates Degree minimum or 5-6 years experience. + 5-6 years experience as part of a Quality Assurance Dept. + Ability to demonstrate analytical thinking, organization and efficiency in the administration of the company's quality assurance system. + Demonstrate growth resulting from on-the-job training and prior work experience as follows: knowledge of regulatory requirements, understanding of the company's products, processes, risk management, root cause analysis, lean practices and develop an efficient big picture approach to implementing regulatory requirements.
