Job Responsibilities:

***JOB POSTING NOTICE**

Quality Manager wanted in Moore, South Carolina to ensure quality standards are achieved on a daily basis. Review all LOAs within the department, compare with staffing requirements, and approve/deny requests based on production requirements. Develop and maintain a team-oriented atmosphere at all times. Audit training matrices quarterly. Maintain proper records and backup documentation. Participate in annual business/budget review and complete own department budget preparation and monitoring to ensure budgets are achieved. Assess corrective actions received from the supply base – follow-up and verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions and record all objective evidence to support closure. Maintain PPAP/BEON files for purchased components (initial and ongoing engineering changes) - interface with Magna Quality Group in our headquarters. Monitor and track the status of annual validations – review submissions. Perform internal audits of the Quality & Environmental systems (TS-16949 & ISO-14001) as required. Ensure work instructions support processing and assessing the quality of incoming purchased components. Evaluate statistical data submitted within our Quality Department. Ensure root cause analysis of concerns flagged by manufacturing. Assist in monthly workplace inspections, including the completion of work orders and related actions to correct substandard conditions and behaviors. Ensure that requirements of CNCA-C11-12-2016 are effectively established, implemented, and maintained in the plant. Ensure product consistency and conformity between product and standard. Correctly use CCC certificate and mark, and ensure continuous validity of certificate status of products affixed with CCC mark. Approve changes to COP plans and the annual operation summary report of COP plan. Ensure the Certified Product Control and Change Procedure is adhered to by the members of the organization. Ensure that the CCC Mark Control Procedure in conjunction with the Unqualified Product Control Process is adhered to by the members of the organization. Ensure that the CCC Consistency of Production Control Plan Work Instruction is adhered to by the members of the organization. Ensure that the China Certification body is notified in the event of a recall of product which has their certification mark on it (GOX 1SR, 2SR, 3SR China); Perform quality engineering analysis of automotive headlamp products and automotive headlamp suppliers. Perform all other duties as assigned. Requires a Master's degree in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and 12 months of related experience as a Quality Manager, Assistant Quality Manager, QMO/Incoming Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Engineer. The related experience must include performing quality engineering analysis of automotive headlamp products and automotive headlamp suppliers.  8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; M-F, $122,500.00 per year.
