Quality Manager

The person in this position works collaboratively across the business functions and provides leadership in creating and bolstering a culture of continuous improvement, identifying, and driving ongoing efforts to improve Quality performance across the business and play a key role in leading the Quality improvement plan, turning around the Quality Culture leading the company for a higher standard and world class quality standards. If you want to take the next step in your career and this sounds like a great opportunity, then join us in **Bussero (Milan), Italy.** **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Supervise the Quality standards through the whole Product Lifecycle and through the whole Value Chain + Manage subordinate Quality team + Develop and implement Quality Policies and Strategies + Train and provide leadership + Maintain and Improve the Integrated Management System and ensure reporting activities + Develop, market and service quality products / services, assuring compliance to relevant national, international and industry standards + Implement cross-functional internal quality improvement programs and quality audits to continuously improve the management system + Lead the Customer Quality organization, ensuring customer satisfaction and professional communication with Customers **Who You Are:** You pursue everything with energy, drive, and the need to finish.
