Quality Manager
Job Title: Quality Manager of Inspectors within Aerospace Industry Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Quality Manager to oversee the supervision of quality inspectors, coordinate workload schedules, and drive employee development and training. The role involves managing the inspection function to ensure compliance with all quality standards and the conformance of all products to applicable specifications before release to inventory. The Quality Manager will also focus on minimizing cycle time and optimizing efficiency while maintaining compliance with all quality policies and standards. Responsibilities + Supervise quality inspectors and coordinate workload schedules. + Manage the inspection function to ensure compliance with quality standards and product specifications. + Optimize inspection processes to minimize cycle time and maintain efficiency. + Maintain compliance with FAA regulations, ISO, AS standards, and internal quality requirements. + Facilitate effective communication between upstream and downstream stakeholders to resolve issues promptly. Essential Skills + 5+ years of professional experience in Quality engineering. + Experience in regulated industries. + Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS). + Ability to conduct root cause analysis. + Bachelor's degree in engineering. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
