POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Start with the first steps for the PQM Portal Implementation, what will be the new platform for the Quality Management System in BRP Querétaro.
 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with the assigned representatives of the QMS processes in the next activities:

Process mapping, to identify gaps (activities/processes not documented) that causing bottlenecks or delays.

Serve as a support in the process to create BMPN diagrams in the PQM Portal.

Prepare training materials about PQM Set-up: BPMN Diagrams, Operational Procedures, Work Instructions, among others.

Execute training about PQM Set-up.

Give following to the activities and ensure that all the processes representatives have been finished with the activities according the Project Gantt Report.

CONTRIBUTIONS FOR THE AREA:

Help in the initials steps to migrate to the new QMS platform.

Create the training materials that will serve in the training process for new users.

Bachelor: Currently studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing processes Engineering, among others.

This vacancy is exclusively for students currently pursuing their academic studies.

LANGUAGE:

Fluent in Spanish  written and verbal.

English advanced (Min. 80%)

French or german is an advantage
