Growing together.** **This is a work at home position** **8-5, Monday - Friday** You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Investigation, classification and remediation of critical incidents for multiple lines of business + Investigation and resolution of member concurrent quality of care complaints for multiple lines of business + Tracking and trending clinical issues and reporting to Quality Committees + Assuring responses and reporting meet all regulatory timeframes (NYSDOH, CMS, etc) + Clinical Support for Quality Improvement Activities such as Performance Improvement Projects and QARR Improvement projects + Clinical quality audits and peer reviews for multiple lines of business + Clinical support for External Quality Review responses, State contract Statement of Deficiency remediations, and Value Based Contract development You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. **Required Qualifications:** + Current unrestricted RN licensure in your state of residence + 3+ years of risk management, case management or managed care experience + Proficient in MS Office applications + Proven excellent oral and written communication skills + Proven team player **Preferred Qualifications:** + BSN + NY Medicaid experience *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment.
