JOB SUMMARY
The Quality Management Manager oversees the Quality Management Team and executes the organization's quality management strategy. This role is responsible for delivering advanced reporting, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, and supporting quality assurance activities related to reporting. The position works closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to align on shared goals and initiatives and provides reporting insights to the Quality Management Director. The Quality Management Manager collaborates with internal and external partners, leads complex projects, and supports senior leadership as needed. Success in this role requires strong leadership, effective operations management, and a collaborative approach to team development.
JOB DUTIES
Establish and maintain productive relationships with internal and external partnersPresent reporting insights to senior management and stakeholdersCoordinate and communicate reporting needs with the Analytics teamSupport the preparation and execution of internal and external auditsReview and analyze data to ensure reporting integrityOversee day-to-day team operations and ensure cohesive workflowsManage and deliver advanced reporting for internal use and complianceParticipate in and assign professional development and training activitiesPrioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and ensure deadlines are metRecruit, hire, train, and supervise Quality Management team membersMonitor team deliverables and ensure timely project completionAssist with program implementations, including training and process developmentResolve escalated concerns from internal stakeholdersProvide support to senior leadership on special projectsTravel as requiredPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree preferred2–4 years of experience in quality assurance or related field preferred4 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferredCombination of education and relevant experience will be consideredThis is a hybrid role, and the employee must provide their own reliable Internet serviceAbility to work flexible or extended hours as needed to meet job requirements
