Job DescriptionLeads QMM team, supervises their activities and responsibilitiesSupervises of the plant quality management systemDrives the creation/implementation of necessary processes and ensures compliance with introduced processesSubmits quality reports to all functions: Plant management, business units and GBs otherOrganizes monthly (QMS) and quarterly (business unit level) meetingsOrganizes yearly MRM-Q events with BU and GB and BV (if needed)Monitors the implementation of quality basics for 5 Value Streams and 3 business unitsCoordinates preventive and corrective quality management system/actions for non fulfillment of quality assurance requirementsPromotes awareness of the importance of customer demands throughout the organizationCreates awareness for qualityCreates, revises, communicates and tracks the Q-strategy and quality targets in PcIPOrganizes meetings with plant management and informs about the activities of the quality management system, as well as the improvements that need to be doneOther activities upon employer's request

QualificationsUniversity degree (Master) in the field of engineering, quality of similar7 + years of experience (in automotive area)Excellent English language skills, knowledge of German would be advantageSystematic and proactive person, leadership experience, experience in production or quality managementKnowledge of quality systems
