BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Institution.Minimum of seven years of quality related experience.Minimum of three years of leadership experience.​Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or in a technical related fieldAerospace investment casting quality/engineering/manufacturing experienceWorking knowledge of quality systems and requirements and how they relate to business (i.e. AS9100, NADCAP).Familiarity with turbine engine componentsRead, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documentsAbility to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business communityLead/Support the implementation of initiatives necessary to improve product quality and deliveryExperienced in PPAP and APQPKey on talent development. Conducting performance appraisals of direct reports – Quality Engineers and TechniciansEffectively communicate & present information to all levels of the organization – shop floor, direct reports, and management.Can define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.Use and train in the following quality tools – root cause analysis and problem solving, FMEA, control plans, PPAP, APQP, System audits, SPC.Strong computer skills.
