Overview:   This is a  senior leadership position in Healthcare Quality Management , likely within a  regulated medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment . The role demands a strong command of  ISO13485 ,  FDA 21 CFR Part 820 , and  Lean methodologies , with a focus on  compliance, continuous improvement, and team leadership . Key Responsibilities : + Leadership & Strategy : Lead all quality-related functions, mentor teams, and ensure regulatory compliance. + Compliance & Auditing : Maintain QMS, manage audits , and ensure corrective actions are effective . + Process Improvement : Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools and statistical analysis. + Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to uphold quality standards. + Risk & Performance Management : Oversee KPIs, risk management, and quality metrics.
