•             Sound knowledge in 4G and VoLTE KPI – Throughput, Payload, PRB Utilization, BCR (Data/Voice), CSFB Redirection Failure Rate, S1 Signaling Failures, SRVCC Failures, CQI, ERAB Setup Success Rate, Packet Loss, RRC Failure, Inter & Intra Frequency Handover, VoLTE Call Completion Success Ratio, VoLTE CSSR, VoLTE Audio Gap (DL & UL) etc.

•             Hands on experience in Tools.

•             Good understanding on 4G Capacity, LMS, IFLB.

•             Good knowledge in RAN product (Preferably Ericsson).

•             Parameter level knowledge.

•             Good in analytics.
