The Quality Lead manages or supports the application of quality principles, systems, and measures and the quality management system across a program or project. Focused on improving delivery efficiency customer satisfaction and reducing potential risks and rework whilst complying with Quality policy, and standards and delivering agreed objectives.

The Role

The quality management officer has a crucial role in ensuring that all aspects of quality are managed effectively throughout the organization and in the services provided.
