WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Avery Dennison is seeking a Quality Lab Technician to join the Mill Hall in Pennsylvania. As a Quality Lab Technician at our facility, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. You'll be responsible for testing materials, analyzing data, and maintaining accurate records, all while contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
In your role as a Quality Lab Technician, delivering on these responsibilities is critical to our success:
Conduct tests on in-process, final, and middle samples using approved technologies.Analyze test results and make necessary adjustments to batches.Box and store samples for future reference.Test and approve incoming raw materials.Accurately record test results in the QTL database.Print certificates of analysis (C of A) for distribution.Calibrate testing instruments (pH meter, viscometers, temperature baths, etc.).Handle and move testing materials, including weighing non-bulk items.Operate and maintain testing equipment according to standard procedures.QualificationsWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING TO THE TEAM:
