Subject Matter Expert on qualifications related to Environmental Monitoring program and Contamination Control from the microbiological standpoint. Responsible for completion of room qualifications of controlled manufacturing areas. Responsible for completion of assessments to determine impact on the microbiological conditions related to manufacturing clean rooms.

Author and revise Standard Operating Procedures as needed.Review and approve EMPQ and contamination control procedures, protocols, and reportsPerform Sterility Assurance Assessments as part of the Change Control Management processAssist in establishing response plans to environmental out of limitsMay be asked to lead classroom-based training for new employees and continuous education classes for established employeesWhat you'll bringBS degree in Biology or Microbiology.Five (5) or more years of professional experience in Laboratory, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field is strongly preferred.Strong understanding of Environmental Monitoring programs, Microbiology concepts and Good Documentation practices is preferred.Detailed knowledge of applicable procedures, specifications, regulations, and standardsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects/investigations/prioritiesGood communication and leadership skillsGood interpersonal/communication/influencing/negotiation skillsGood project management skillsUnderstand verbal and written safety and quality instructions and read and comprehend written work instructions including words and drawingsStrong technical written skillsKnowledge of TrackWise Quality Management SystemOther Duties as Assigned

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a salary range of $60,000 to $132,000 and also includes an annual incentive bonus. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
