Job Title: Quality Inspector/Technician
Job Description

This position involves a balanced mix of on-the-floor activities and documentation tasks. Key responsibilities include supporting non-conforming material processes, corrective actions, customer feedback records, calibration, internal audits, and work instructions. The role also involves using a network analyzer for electrical testing and product analysis, along with providing training to others.

ResponsibilitiesSupport non-conforming material processes and corrective actions.Maintain customer feedback records and calibration documentation.Conduct internal audits and manage work instructions.Use a network analyzer for electrical testing and product analysis.Train and mentor other team members.Essential SkillsProficiency with micrometer, caliper, ruler, and blueprint reading.Experience in quality inspection and final inspection processes.Ability to conduct electrical inspections and testing.Experience in electrical crimping and wiring.Knowledge of GD&T, CMM, VSWR, VOP, RF standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in quality inspecting.Minimum 2 years of experience with electrical properties such as VSWR, VOP, RF, and Ethernet cable.Minimum 1 year of experience with AS9100 standards.Minimum 2 years of experience with pin gauges, micrometers, and calipers.Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.Work Environment

The work environment is a very clean, air-conditioned production floor with a small shop and family feel, consisting of around 40 employees. The facility has recently moved to a new location near Majestic Theatre and offers a great culture that is inviting and collaborative. The department includes five individuals, fostering a close-knit team dynamic.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
