Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for precast concrete products

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications

Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and drive corrective actions

Analyze and interpret quality data to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes
•
Provide technical expertise and support for precast design and production teams
•
Lead and participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives
•
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices
•
Conduct training programs for production and quality control staff to enhance quality awareness and skills
•
Prepare quality reports and communicate key metrics to management
•
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a culture of quality excellence within the organization

Minimum 3-8 years of experience in the precast industry

Fulltime Diploma/BE in Civil or related field
