Adecco Search is actively recruiting multiple Quality Inspectors in Rochester, New York. Our client is a global leader in the Aerospace & Defense Industry. The Quality Inspector will perform a variety of inspections on materials, precision machined components and electrical-mechanical assemblies to ensure compliance with requirements. The Quality Inspector will use a wide assortment of measuring instruments including hand tools and gauges, vision system equipment. You will repare quality documentation for final shipments per customer requirements. The Quality Inspector will offer an hourly rate of up to $30.00 per hour for 1st shift and $30.00 per hour plus a 15% shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Benefits will include a competitivebenefits package including employee stock ownership, 401K, and annual bonus. **Job Duties for the Quality Inspector in Rochester, New York:** + Ability to use inspection gauging and equipment to ensure conformance to all visual and dimensional drawing requirements. Gauging includes but not limited to; calipers, micrometers bore mics, depth, pin, thread and snap gauging. Operate equipment such as; profilometer, optical comparator, Keyence visual measurement system, height gauge, microscope, smart scope, etc. + Perform incoming and receiving inspection to specified requirements. + Perform inspection of finished details and assemblies to specified requirements. + Enter inspection results into a variety of data collection tools and databases. + Inspection of Soldered and brazed assemblies.
