Ensure compliance with product quality standards through detailed inspections and documentation across all stages of production and repair.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of five years of related quality inspection experience
Strong understanding of inspection, testing, and measurement techniques
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Familiarity with ESD, IPC-A-610, and J-STD standards
Experience with OSD, AutoCAD, and internal auditing
Computer proficiency
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of quality control methods, sampling techniques, and QA principles
Understanding of production, maintenance, and repair processes
Familiarity with calibration and control of measuring/test equipment
English speaking desirable but not required
Job Responsibilities:
Perform First Article, In-Process, Receiving, and Final inspections
Witness and verify tests to ensure compliance with requirements
Conduct in-process inspections on components and equipment under repair or overhaul
Maintain accurate documentation of inspection findings and product quality
Prepare quality reports and records in accordance with procedures
Coordinate QA efforts with other departments including engineering and process teams
Conduct receipt inspections with material control staff
Verify completed systems against design specifications
Manage calibration of measuring and test equipment
Carry out additional QA functions as directed by the Quality Officer
Pay Details: $21.00 to $28.00 per hour
