Job Description
The Quality Inspector is responsible for verifying and approving production runs, completing associated paperwork, performing regular quality checks on products across various production machines, and ensuring products meet specifications for release. The role requires adherence to all safety rules and company-established manufacturing and quality methods and processes while achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The inspector will read specifications from a computer, verify lot numbers, quarantine products when necessary, and conduct root cause analysis. Quality checks will be performed every 60 minutes on the production floor.

The position operates both on the production floor to check products and in an office environment for documentation tasks. The work environment is climate-controlled, providing comfortable conditions. The role is on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm for 2-3 weeks during the day shift. There is potential for growth and overtime opportunities, though overtime is not mandatory. The company culture is diverse, with representation from various countries, and offers a retention bonus of $500 after 3 months and $500 after 6 months of employment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
