Oversee the overall operations of the RMC plant, including production, quality control, and maintenance. Ensure the efficient production of Ready Mix Concrete products according to specified requirements and timelines. Implement and maintain safety standards and protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all plant employees. Coordinate with internal teams to schedule production, delivery, and logistics for concrete products. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of plant equipment to ensure optimal performance. Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during production or delivery processes.  Train, mentor, and supervise plant staff to enhance their skills and performance.

 

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

6-10 years of experience in the PRECAST industry.
